"Xocalı Soyqırımını Tanıtma" Ictimai Birliyi ABŞ-ın Dağlıq Qarabaq separatçılarına 8 milyon dollar vəsait ayırmasına etiraz olaraq ABŞ prezidenti Barak Obamaya, ABŞ Dövlət Departamentinə, ABŞ Konqresi və ABŞ-ın Bakıdakı səfirliyinə etiraz məktubu göndərib.

Dear Sirs and Madams!
We met the message on allocation of USD 8 million by the US House of Representatives and the Senate to the separator Armenian regime in the Upper Garabagh great regretfully and sadly. This serious mistake of the US introducing itself as defender of democracy and human rights will lead violation of peace in near future. Note that more than 20 % of our territory was occupied as a result of the military aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan in 1988-1994 years, more than one million Muslim-Turkic natives of ours were driven from their home, our material-cultural monuments – mosques were destroyed. Khojali genocide that was committed on 26 February 1992, may be compared with Khatin tragedies. The present Armenian Government closely participated in committing Khojali genocide. Next allocation of financial assistance to the Upper Garabagh by the US who should make efforts to solve the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Upper Garabagh conflict within the territorial integrity, is not understandable. In the last 17 years, the US allocated financial support more than USD 200 million to the fictitious regime in the Upper Garabagh. It is clear that these assistances have not been expended according to their assignment – for the humanitarian purposes. Allocation of the support more than USD 2 milliard by the US to Armenia will lead violation of the relations with an important strategic partner as Azerbaijan in the Southern Caucasus. The next “caprice” of the US as a co-chair of Minsk Group of OSCE has been met by the Azerbaijan public. Maybe, You have not read the book “Armenian – terrorist Christian country’s secrets” authored by the late Samuel A.Uimse who worked in Arkansas state of the US as a Lawyer. He notes in his work: After end of the Armenian attack, the Azerbaijan state began to defend itself from the Armenian terrorists. The Congress gave its reaction by punishing Azerbaijan. The Armenian lobby in the lobbied US Congress adopted laws prohibiting various types of assistance to Azerbaijan. It was pretended Azerbaijan as if it blockades Armenia. It is already time to verify the Armenian facts.”

We recommend You to read this book. At least for that this book was written by Samuel A.Uims who stood on guard of the US legislation, was far from Muslim fanaticism and neutral and professional of his work. On the eve of this book printed, he was killed mysteriously. we’ think You that it is doubtless that there is “Armenian finger” in this killing.
It was established Khojali Association in Tamp city, Florida state, the US in 2009. This organization was founded by a Georgian national Feliks Sersvadze. His grandfather lived in Azerbaijan at the beginning of the last century. He witnessed humanism of the Azerbaijan people for times. Having heard of Khojali genocide committed by the Armenian dashnaks, Mr. Feliks Sersvadze made efforts to make Khojali Association registered as indicator of respect to spirit of the martyrs and the US legislation. Please, provide Your assistance for this organization operate normally.
The Azerbaijan public wants to be sure that the US President Mr. Barak Obama will not sign the financial assistance in the amount of USD 8 million allocated to the Upper Garabagh. Hope that You and the US Government will increase your positive efforts and activity for peacefully solution on the Upper Garabagh conflict soon and return of the Azerbaijan citizens who have become refugee already 17 years and whose rights have been violated, to Garabagh.
